The wild dogs had been on the move for 3 hours this morning when they arrived at the airstrip with it’s many impala. The chase was on and when I caught up with the dogs they’d already killed an adult male impala. I was soon out the vehicle moving around them filming them on the kill, up close and personal. At less than 10m away they were quite happy to have me around!

Fished the Lake Shasta Lake Trout Derby this weekend with rep Ray Link. We left on thursday morning and drove up in very windy condition which remain with us through Saturday making it fun to fish with boat control being a full time job. We had our share of tangles during the pre-fish as we were pulling different lures.
