Dholes[wild dogs] play and defecate marking territory. Vasant explains the concept of ‘alpha male’ among them!!! hehe - Bandipur National Park is located in the Chamarajanagar district of southern Karnataka in South India, and is contiguous with the Mudumalai National Park in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu, the Wynad Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala, and the Nagarhole National Park to the northwest. These fellows run in packs and look like a cross between alsatians and wolves. Happy world environment day - June 5, 2009

I came across this pack of eight wild dogs running in the road on a recent Kruger National Park safari. They showed all the signs of preparing for a hunt…
